Overview
MOSE Billing respects your privacy and provides a process for requesting the deletion of personal information processed through the MOSE App and its related WhatsApp integration services.
If you believe that your personal information has been processed through our services and would like to request its deletion, please follow the instructions below.
How to Submit a Data Deletion Request
To request deletion of your information:
- Send an email to team.mosebilling@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line "MOSE App – Data Deletion Request".
- Describe the information you want deleted and, if known, identify the relevant business or service associated with the information.
- Provide sufficient information for us to locate the relevant records.
Please do not send passwords, API keys, access tokens, or other sensitive credentials in your request.
Verification of Requests
To protect personal information, we may need to verify your identity or confirm that you are authorized to request deletion of the relevant information.
We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to identify the records or verify your authority.
Please provide only the information necessary to process your request.
What Happens After You Submit a Request?
After receiving your request, we will review it and determine which information can be deleted or de-identified.
Where appropriate and legally permissible, we will delete or de-identify the relevant information from systems under our control.
If the information is associated with a business customer, we may need to coordinate with that business to identify the records or determine the appropriate action.
We will communicate with you if further information is required to process the request.
Information That May Be Retained
Some information may need to be retained where required by applicable law or where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or compliance purposes.
Examples may include records that must be maintained to meet legal obligations or to investigate security incidents.
Where retention is necessary, we will handle the information in accordance with applicable requirements and our Privacy Policy.
Information Processed by Third Parties
Our services may interact with Meta and the WhatsApp Business Platform.
Some information may be processed or retained independently by Meta or other third-party providers under their own policies and legal obligations.
A deletion request submitted to MOSE Billing does not automatically delete information held independently by those providers.
You may need to submit a separate request to the relevant provider where applicable.
Requests Relating to Business Messages
If you received a WhatsApp message from a business using our services, you may also contact that business directly to request deletion of information held in its own systems.
MOSE Billing may process technical information related to message submission, delivery, and status notifications as part of providing the integration service.
We will review requests concerning information processed through our services in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
